EPS- Electronic Prescription Service will be coming very soon to our surgery!
Final preparations and system set up are currently being undertaken by our team here at Castlegate & Derwent Surgery to ensure a smooth transition period for all patients.
Important Information:
- At this current time there is no need to contact the surgery to update your nominated pharmacy. Your existing choice/ nomination will remain and default once the system switches over.
- There is no need to contact our Reception. Our Prescribing team will capture your prescription destination when speaking to you or when you order online or through our automated ordering system.
- We will be adding in a dedicated phoneline for our Prescribing Team over the next few weeks should you wish to speak about the changes. This will be available by calling 01900 705751 and selecting the appropriate option.
- More details will be published soon and we are aiming for a switch on by the the start of August.
- There are no changes to the way you order your prescription. Please continue to order as you currently do.
- Exciting changes that will improve the service we provide.
- All safety checks and annual reviews will still need to be actioned before approval from our clinicians.
