We want to make it as easy as possible for our patients to order their prescription and receive help with their prescribing enquiries.

We have identified that our current system is causing unnecessary misunderstanding and confusion, the pathway of one way communication through leaving voice messages, missed calls, understanding that your prescribed medication has to run through the required checks before re issuing to you, and may add time to the processing time. You may even need to come in for a blood pressure check or a blood test to check that your medication is appropriate and still working for you. This is where our new system will provide all of this vital information. We have introduced a couple of changes to the phone system to improve communication between our patients and our prescribing team.

These are the first stages of our improvement work

• Open Monday to Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Speak directly and receive useful information and updates about your prescription whilst placing your order with our team.
