Administration Team

Our administration team support our health professionals and management team. Many duties take place within this team including accurately processing of incoming clinical documents, clinical coding, referrals, non NHS work, finance, note summarising, medical record management and reporting.

Reception Team

Our receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial point of contact for general enquiries.  They can provide basic information on services, test results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query.  Any advice and information they give is strictly under the guidance of the doctors.

Receptionists make all patient appointments and like all practice staff they are bound by confidentiality.  Please help our receptionists to help you if they ask you for details of your enquiry, this is required to allow our team to arrange the most suited appointment for you. All our clinicians do require the reception team to ask these questions to help with your appointment.
